Seminole County resident wins big in Mega Millions lottery game

A Seminole Province man's karma as of late landed him a robust award in the Florida Lottery's Uber Millions game.

Nikolai Whiters, 49, of Altamonte Springs, matched all five white ball numbers in the game’s January 10 drawing. They included: 7, 13, 14, 15, and 18.

Lottery authorities said while Whiters didn't match the Uber Ball number, his Fast Pick ticket incorporated the Megaplier choice.

That decision led to a $3 million payout.

Whiters bought his ticket at Circle K located at 320 West State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs.

According to lottery officials, the store will receive a $5,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
